Now that is a typical British summer! The sun shines here as often as you have rain. I hope you enjoyed your day indoors.

I'm glad you understand the fan thing. It is such a strange feeling to explain. I am however feeling better, but not 100% quite yet.

The  comment you refer to was mine.  I have learned a lot over the past few years, and feel so guilty for smacking my son.

This sentance from you is all I tried to get across to the woman in question.

[You know, we have no way of knowing if those same problems aren't true of the so called "bratty kids]

Observers can walk away , parents can't. She just made my blood boil.

Time for bed now , it's 11.23pm. Night night.

That makes me feel good. It gives me hope for Richard who also has Aspergers.

What a great kid. Things don't happen like that around here.

Queenie. I just could not just agree with her. Once I was like her. Richard got smacked, sent to his room , had toys taken from him etc etc etc. It did no good. Then I learned that he had understading problems, and then aurtism. He was getting punished for not doing as I expected when he really didn't know what it was that I wanted him to do. That is the biggest regret of my life, and I wish I could turn back the clock.
